I'm an Instructional Designer with 8 years of experience in Curriculum design, learning, and development. I got into Curriculum and Instructional design so no one has to sit through another boring training. I design learning content that is rooted in effective learning strategies such as Cathy Moore`s Action Mapping, the ADDIE design process, and backward design to meet learner needs.

 My why is the AHA moment of each learner and helping others excel in their jobs. Through my courses, I strive to offer learning solutions that have a measurable impact on the learner.
